Yes. The 2024 Symposium will be accessible virtually via Zoom, as well as in-person, allowing international attendees to join remotely. Please note that in order to maximize virtual audience engagement, Zoom meeting spaces are limited. Don't be disappointed – register today!
Yes! A dedicated host/moderator will manage the Zoom session, facilitating audience interaction including live Q&A sessions. Attendees will be able to share their video and audio feed, and engage with the meeting host and other virtual attendees. The Zoom moderator will field questions from the virtual audience and present them to the speakers through a live microphone.
Yes, the venue offers accessibility features including wheelchair ramps and an accessible washroom on the main floor.

Although we are a charitable organization, a large portion of our event funding comes from ticket sales. Since our event budget is planned to break even—covering only the costs—attendees receive full benefit from the price of admission. Therefore, the ticket purchase is not considered a tax-receiptable donation.
