My Walk for Acoustic Neuroma Awareness

My name is Abeni Bryan and on October 6, 2024 my mother and I will l be walking to raise awareness for a rare brain tumour, Acoustic Neuroma, which my mom had. October 6th will also be the second anniversary of my mother's surgery so we want to celebrate her recovery and bravery! 

The funds I raise will go to the Acoustic Neuroma Association of Canada (ANAC), an organization that provides support for people like my mother who have to live with various challenges because of this rare condition. 

Raising awareness for early detection, improved medical and mental health support, is very important to me. I still remember how scared I was when my mom told my brother and I that she was sick. I want the families who are impacted by this rare brain tumour to have easy access to the resources and support they need.

Please help me raise funds to support the Acoustic Neuroma Association of Canada that offers support and access to valuable resources to families like mine. Thank you!
