About Linda Steele

Linda Steele, ANAC member of almost 15 years and dedicated volunteer, has rejoined our board. Familiar to many, she has been co-leading the Toronto Chapter with Kathryn Harrod since 2019. Linda is a valuable addition to the board with her extensive background knowledge of ANAC. In addition, she brings her professional skillset developed over years of involvement in client relationship, project management and sales, mainly with BBC Worldwide, and the CBC, where she is currently employed. She is an exceptional researcher, problem solver and team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Linda found her real love after her surgery when she headed south to explore the world of crewing on private yachts. She worked in hospitality on yachts travelling from the New England coast to the Caribbean and all places in between for seven years until the pandemic forced her home in 2020. Her tech skills were especially appreciated when COVID-19 forced ANAC meetings to go "virtual".
